Appointed as Administrator then Deed Administrator followed by the Liquidation of Academy Roofing (Vic) Pty Ltd. -- one of Victoria's largest commercial roofing contractors including for Costco Supermarkets nationally, Melbourne's Wholesale Vegetable Market at Epping, and the Craigieburn Shopping Centre. This matter involved numerous complex issues.

Administrator of key company in a property investment group after the death of the director. The group had been funded by private borrowings from several different families. A Deed of Company Arrangement ("DOCA") resulted in all loans being repaid in full and the complex group structure was "unwound". 

As Administrator to Australia's largest specialist university, court & library Bookbinder the core businesses were  "right sized" and continued trading. The NSW Division was sold ; the well known Victorian trading name and modern equipment were also sold ; The large Victorian factory was closed.

Advised on steps to transfer ownership of a Not for Profit ("NFP") School that had lost its accreditation prior to the solvent winding up of the company.
