Commercial Outcomes

We are a specialist independent firm of Chartered Accountants formed in 1995 benefiting from Bruce’s 30 years experience in this area.

Our role as a trusted advisor and mentor to SMEs has been independently recognised and rewarded with the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Community Business Partnerships.

Our Strategic Advantage – We have a deep understanding of the issues and options both before and at the point of a crisis, and additional tools to Rescue Businesses.

Upfront Explanations – The benefits, likely results and any likely adverse issues are explained before clients formally appoint us to a task.

Commercial Outcomes – As we specialize in Companies and are independent of particular stakeholders, we are able to take an impartial, broad and commercial approach to each matter.

Service – We endeavour to provide prompt updates and personal attention.

Skills – As discussed in this website we have broadened our offering with additional tools and resources to enable commercial outcomes.

Fees – We usually charge on an hourly rate well below larger firm scales. In some small matters we will accept a fixed indemnity up front with no requirement to pay further fees.

All Stakeholders – Where we are appointed by a creditor to recover monies from an insolvent company, we have a track record of balancing both Directors and Creditors needs.
